2ND ANNUAL GALA OF LIGHT
Benefiting Exceptional Parents Unlimited
Exceptional Parents Unlimited (EPU) held their 2nd Annual Gala of Light on Friday, November 3rd at The Painted Table in Fresno with over 250 people in attendance. The Gala of Light is EPU’s elevated fundraising event celebrating the work of EPU and those that work to brighten the lives of children with unique needs and families. This year, EPU honored Rachel Camacho Hagans of the Central Valley Regional Center with the Beacon of Hope Award for her 40-year career working to help build a system for children and individuals with unique needs and helping them access services. The Hope Grows Here award was given to KSEE24/CBS47 for their longtime partnership with EPU, helping them to highlight the families they service and the services available to the community. The gala consisted of live jazz music, sparkling champagne, delicious food, a live and silent auction, and community and business leaders coming together to unite in their vision for children and families.
