Both alumni of the UCSF, Fresno Family Medicine residency, we’ve received national and international training in Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, and the United States. Dr. Oscar F. Hernandez Sandoval is an Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and a member of FUE Europe. Dr. Nidia C. Payan is our aesthetics and primary care physician.
