Experience the newest addition to Fresno Chaffee Zoo! Guests of the Kingdoms of Asia are immersed in the culture and wildlife of Southeast Asia with new exhibits for Malayan tigers, Komodo dragons, sloth bears, Asian songbirds, and much more. The first two of FAM’s four Summer 2023 ArtAcademy visual art workshops for kids and teens will take place during June. Included are a variety of half-day workshops, many of which are inspired by the museum’s exhibitions. Students will explore the elements of art and how they apply to design principles through a variety of media. Youngsters between the ages of 8 and 17 may participate.

Offered as a weekend package, it includes accommodations at the Château, all meals, and transportation to and from the park. Participants will follow in the footsteps of Ansel Adams and learn his techniques, which have been adapted for digital cameras.

The first Birds of a Feather Artist Market is a family-friendly event that is taking place from noon to 4:00PM at Moravia Wines.
