Champagne Mixology: Lux-cious Tropicana

Spring has arrived and so has your wanderlust weekend. Fill your glass with Champagne fun and mix it up with our yummy concoction.

LUX-cious Tropicana

Mix thoroughly with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker, then pour unstrained into Collins glass. Fill with champagne. (We recommend using Puerto Rican rum.)

Ingredients
    •    2 ounces rum -- golden rum
    •    1/2 ounce lime juice
    •    1 teaspoon honey
    •    5 ounces Brut champagne

Make sure you have your Collins glass. It's get fancy time.
