Face Vibe: Moisturize
Ingredients: Carrots, Honey and Avocado
Benefits: Potassium-rich carrots prevent skin dryness and also have anti-inflammatory properties. Avocados are very moisturizing due to their high amounts of Vitamin A and E. Honey has B3 and B6 which help to moisturize and it also contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties (making it great for acne and breakouts!) It's an all around score!
Concoction: To create this face mask use equal parts mashed avocado and boiled and mashed (and cooled!) carrots with 1/2 parts honey. Mix (or blend) well, apply to clean skin and leave on for 10 minutes, wash off with warm water.
