LUX San Diego Spotlight: Oyster Fest
WHAT: The annual San Diego Oysterfest in San Diego, California, is a celebration of the succulent treat of the sea, the oyster. The one-day event features local and celebrity chefs preparing delectable oyster dishes and a rock concert that boasts a lineup of big-name national touring indie acts. Additional attractions include a “schuck and suck” competition, cooking demos and a beer garden.
