What sets you apart
Most of us know our weaknesses better than our strengths and we let that influence our behavior. Each of our staff has been trained to identify the positive attributes of the candidates they work with, supporting people in the areas they feel they fall short and empowering them to showcase their strengths.
What is the secret to your success
My grandma used to say, “Spend like the bank account that you want to have.” She meant that if you want something badly enough, you’ll figure out a way to get it. That’s the secret to my success… Being realistic, visualizing my goals, and living my life as if I already have the bank account to reach them.
How do you unwind
Well, I’m a country girl at heart. When I’m not taking my two kids to all their activities, attending a social event, doing something for a friend, or traveling around the world, I’m usually at home on the “farm.” Weekends you’ll catch me riding my horse through the local orchards or adjusting our seasonal garden.
