What I Love About My Profession
Throughout my real estate career, each day, customer, and situation is different. I love that I can use my love for helping people and brainstorming ideas to help my clients achieve their real estate goals and make them feel comfortable while doing so—if my clients don’t feel comfortable, I don’t feel comfortable.
My Inspiration
Growing up from very humble beginnings, I knew there was more out there and I wanted to become successful, knowing nothing would be handed to me. Given a strong work ethic from my family, I started working at a very young age, surrounded myself with successful people, and learned to network, which are the keys to running a successful business.
What I’m Best Known For
I pride myself in customer service and run my business on over 95% referral. My clients come first, as they are the blood of my business. I love to entertain them with dinners, events, client appreciations, and so much more—I make the home buying experience a true experience! Working on referral is something I enjoy because I feel like I’m constantly working with friends.
Best Advice When Buying A Home
I always tell people to take their time, have a good lender, and have realistic expectations. Figure out your preferred neighborhood, school districts, wants, and must-haves. Then make sure you have proper representation—someone who is well versed, has strong negotiating skills, and works hard to get you the best deal.
