I have developed a unique approach to empower clients in their personal and organizational endeavors. This includes long- and short-term integrative, holistic psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families. I specialize in conflict resolution, mediation, and restorative justice in marital discord and other conflicts. As needed, I provide intensive sessions for 2 to 3 days.
My Specialty
Together, we will work on emotional intelligence techniques, emphasizing concepts of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Understanding that early childhood traumas may be triggered in adult life, we will explore these roots and the role they play in present conflicts. Mindful meditation and relaxation are used to enhance the process of the mediation.
My Passion
I strongly believe in the power of education beyond academics to include techniques for self-love and self-esteem from an early age for students of all walks of life. Additionally, it is my conviction that creating safe, non-defensive communication, that promotes authentic connections in families, friendships, and the workplace, will promote a peaceful and nonjudgmental environment and world.
What I Love To Do
Traveling all over the world, especially to my native country, Israel, is what I look forward to most. I also love dancing, yoga, meditation, and brainstorming to make things more efficient. I’ll always preach and teach to anyone who wants to learn how to be engaged in self-love and feel good enough. The sound of ocean waves, sand between my toes, and coffee houses with friends (especially in Tel Aviv) recharges my mind and provides me with mental and physical balance.
