Ashley Hyatt brings a young perspective to Hyatt Real Estate, having joined the team in 2015, and has experienced significant success as a real estate salesperson because of it. A graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a B.A. in 2010, she is also passionate about promoting the arts in the community, and was a past Board Member of Friends of the Arts Foundation and the Junior Company Foundation. Ashley is proud to work as a team with her mother Angie Hyatt who continues to inspire her.
My Community Involvement
I have always enjoyed giving back to the community that has given me so much. Having recently served as the President of Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of our Community (PINC), I also serve as the President of the board at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, which brings you one of Fresno’s favorite events, Greek Fest. OPA!
The Future Of Real Estate
Real estate in the Central Valley is some of the most affordable in California, and should continue to thrive. There is a fairly low inventory of homes, which has been creating multiple offer situations, including an abundance of cash offers. Along with interest rates continuing to be low, the affordability of Fresno makes our area a great place to invest, live, and raise a family.
Our History
Hyatt Real Estate was founded by my parents, Tom and Angie Hyatt, in 1992. As a child, real estate was always a topic at the dinner table, so I grew up learning the ins and outs of the business. Now our company is not only larger, as we have added agents, but thriving.
What I’m Best Known For
Listening to my clients and catering to their needs. When you consider your clients to be family, it makes connecting their hopes and dreams to their future home as easy as popping a bottle of champagne at closing.
