We put our customers’ best interest first, strive to make the home financing process a great experience, and provide our customers with the highest levels of service. We have great compassion for those experiencing hardships due to the pandemic and are available to anyone who may need mortgage counseling, so they can be empowered concerning the best possible options, benefits, and solutions for their future financial success.
My History
While working for a HUD-certified non-profit at the start of my career, my focus shifted: I wanted to assist others in achieving the American Dream of owning a home. Yvonne and I know there is greater happiness in giving than in receiving. We have worked as business partners since the beginning of our marriage, helping to educate a wide variety of clients, from many different cultures, to understand the steps and process of obtaining a mortgage, and to make beneficial financial decisions.
Who I Am
I have a passion for lending and am dedicated to offering customized mortgage solutions. My greatest pleasure is helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership. I know this area well, as I was raised in the Central Valley and am now raising my two children, Giovanni Maximo and Vienna Delgado, here with my beautiful wife Yvonne of 15 years.
