A great place is very nearly always accompanied by the delight of all that comes together there. New Poppy Collection
Affordability and low-maintenance living join forces at the new Poppy Collection from McCaffrey Homes in The Plaza village. A charming mix of one and two-story designs, ranging from approximately 1,285 to 2,142 square feet, the floorplans are available with as many as four bedrooms, three baths, and include front yard maintenance.

New Bristol Neighborhood by KB Home
The new Bristol neighborhood recently opened in the Hillside Village. Bristol showcases one and two-story homes with thoughtful design considerations like spacious kitchens and great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, generous lofts and dens, and plenty of storage space. The homes feature up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and range in size from approximately 1,700 to 2,500 square feet.

Camarena Health
The Camerena Health & Wellness Center is a 13,000 square feet, two-story facility that will offer medical, dental, health education, and other services for patients and the community at large. In addition to health services, there will be a gym and flexible spaces for other activities such as group workouts and classes.

New Villages
Surrounded by natural open space, across from the future Rio Mesa Education Center and adjacent to Beaver’s Pond and the future Lyles Greenway, our Creekside Village brings new offerings. And The Plaza, a mixed-use village, makes for a perfect complement, adjacent to the Town Center and the future McCaffrey Walk Trailhead and future Rosie’s Place dog park.

Here’s To 2023!
We’re looking forward to 2023 and all sorts of good things to come! Rosie’s Place dog park which will provide a tail-waggin’ time for our furry friends near the Town Center. Over in Hillside Village, kids will delight in Oak Knoll Park, while everyone will enjoy Overlook Park’s elevated scenic vista. Buck Meadow Boardwalk will provide pedestrian passage over preserved open space, and last but not least, our covered Madison Bridge is under construction.
