Benefiting the future Bob Smittcamp Family Neuroscience Institute at Community Regional Medical Center
The Founders Club, a women’s volunteer group who raises money for Community Health System, held their inaugural Fire & Ice Gala at The Grand 1401 on Saturday, March 25th. More than $380,000 was raised for the future Bob Smittcamp Family Neuroscience Institute. Fire and ice themes captivated 380 guests from the moment they stepped inside the venue. In addition to a silent and live auction, the program featured a surprise contemporary dance solo by 18-year-old Riley Hansard, who is able to dance today because of the expert neurological care she received at Community to treat her epilepsy.
