24TH ANNUAL CASA CRAB FEED
Benefiting CASA of Fresno and Madera Counties
CASA of Fresno and Madera Counties held their 24th Annual Crab Feed on Friday, September 8that the Garza residence in Clovis. Known as one of the Central Valley’s favorite fundraising events of the season, a total of 1,750 pounds of crab was served to 650 attendees, who raised $271,00 to expand CASA’s programs and serve children in foster care under the leadership of Executive Director Wilma Tom Hashimoto. Guests celebrated an evening filled with delightful food, camaraderie, exciting games, and spirited silent and live auctions. Some 80 volunteers helped make the event run seamlessly. The evening was emceed by ABC30 news anchor Jessica Herrington and the 2023 CASA Business Partnership Award was given to Fennemore Dowling Aaron.
